Pre-qualification: Our pre-qualification process is simple compared to traditional lenders. The most important factors that we verify are your ability to make the down payment and income verification.
Clarify terms:
We work with you to settle the terms of the owner financing agreement. This includes discussing the purchase price, down payment, interest rate, repayment period, and any other terms specific to the company’s financing program.
Application and documentation: Complete the necessary application forms provided by the company. You may need to submit financial documentation, such as income statements, tax returns, and bank statements, to support your application.
Escrow period: We have relationships with title companies and closing attorneys in every state we have homes in to ensure a smooth closing process. During the escrow process, we will conduct a RMLO to comply with federal regulations.

Fulfill the agreement: Continue making payments until the full purchase price is paid off.
